Yes. Station accounts, the desktop worker app, the compliance dashboard, and file delivery are all completely free. Addvark is funded by advertising agencies who pay for verification.

Download the installer from our Downloads page, run it on any Windows computer connected to your station's audio output, and sign in with your station credentials. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

No. The worker runs silently in the background using minimal CPU and RAM. Addvark never interferes with your broadcast or any other software, and never publishes station audio.

No. Any Windows 10+ computer with an audio connection to your broadcast chain will work. Most stations already have a production computer that's suitable.

The worker will reconnect automatically when the connection is restored. Plays detected during brief outages may be missed, but the system recovers gracefully without manual intervention.

Agencies pay based on the number of stations they monitor and the scale of their campaigns. We offer flexible plans tailored to agencies of any size. Stations use the platform for free.

We accept mobile money (MTN, Airtel), bank transfer, and card payments via our billing portal.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

No. Addvark never stores or publishes station broadcasts, and never interferes with them in any way. Only verified play records — station, ad, and time — appear on the platform.
