Agencies pay for monitoring. Radio stations use Addvark completely free — the dashboard, desktop worker, file delivery, and compliance tools are all included at no cost to stations.
How is my plan priced?
Pricing is based on the stations you monitor and the scale of your campaigns — we agree on the details in your plan.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. Every plan includes a free demo with full access to all features. No commitment required to start.
What payment methods do you accept?
Mobile money (MTN MoMo, Airtel Money), bank transfer, and card payments. All prices are in UGX. We also accept USD wire transfers for international clients.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. No penalties.
Is there a setup fee?
No. All plans include free setup, onboarding, and station configuration.
