1. Introduction

Addvark Technologies Ltd ("Addvark", "we", "us") operates the Addvark radio ad tracking platform, including the web application at addvark.com, the Addvark Desktop Worker, and the Addvark Mobile App (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, organization name, role (agency or station), and password (stored in hashed form).

Campaign Data: Ad files uploaded by agencies, campaign assignments, play schedules, and station assignments.

Play Event Data: When our monitoring system detects an ad play, we record the station, timestamp, detection method, and confidence score. This is an automated detection result — not a recording of the broadcast.

Detection Data: We generate proprietary detection data from uploaded ad files. This is not an audio recording — it cannot be converted back to sound. It exists solely for detection matching.

Device Information: For the Desktop Worker, we collect the device name, audio configuration, and connection status. For the Mobile App, we collect device tokens for push notifications.

Usage Data: We collect standard usage analytics: pages visited, features used, and session duration.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To detect and report ad plays across monitored radio stations
• To generate campaign reports and analytics
• To send notifications about campaign activity, alerts, and system updates
• To process billing and payments
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you
• To protect the security and integrity of the Service

4. Audio Processing & Monitoring

Our monitoring system processes brief audio samples from radio stations for the sole purpose of detecting whether a known advertisement is playing. The audio is analyzed in real time, compared against your uploaded ads, and immediately discarded. We do not record, store, or transmit broadcast audio.

Only the detection result (station, time, confidence score, detection method) is stored as a Play Event record. Play Event records are immutable — they cannot be modified or deleted after creation.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as follows:

• Between agencies and stations: Play event data is visible to both the agency running the campaign and the station where the play was detected. This is the core function of the Service.
• Service providers: We use third-party infrastructure for hosting, email delivery, and push notifications. These providers process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the life of your account. Play event records are retained indefinitely as they constitute the verification record. Campaign data is retained for 2 years after campaign completion. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Request deletion of your account
• Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent for optional communications

8. Security

We protect your data using industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and immutable audit logging. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
